I don't have my computer but need to access my iTunes to finish the iOS6 download

Help! I don't have my computer. Tried a wifi download of ios6 on my iPhone 4 and it turned off on its own. When I turned it on it gives me an iTunes connect prompt. Can I use another's computer.
