problem with updateing to 6.p0

i updated my ipod touch from 5.1 to 6.0 and everything is srewed up it froze during the update then i had to set back to factory settings inwhitch i lost all apps games ect. now everything i have reinstalled only begins vto load then turns off and sends me back to home paghe. it includes factory set apps also like the app store.also not all of my pictures or videos are acknowleged through itunes.
