What happened to mt apps after uploading ios6some are gone, some don't work & they are not listed in the App Store anymore

I upgraded my iPad 2 to ios6 & now certain apps (YouTube ) are gone & are not listed in the App Store. Another app (ny1 news) no longer works! Again it's not listed in the App Store. How do you correct this problem?
