hi there! i just purchase osxlion on my mcbook yesterday and seems it doesnt go through

hi! Im just wondering why the application OSXLION i purchase was'nt downloaded.Though it download,but it already take an hour or more and seems it not coming through.Hope you can help me sort this thing.Im using McBook. Thank you.
