Password lock - school trolley use

Before we let the pupils have a go we need to be able to

- set a passcode

- not allow pupils to change it

- nor the changing the timeout before the lock kicks in

Looking forward to suggestions.

You cannot disable this function. If you have students assigned to specific ipads or have them sign them out from the cart/trolley you can set an acceptable use policy that forbids changing device settings and punish those who violate it. If the device is locked you just go back to the last student to use it and enforce the policy. If you enroll the devices in free MDM like Meraki you can reset any device at any time with the click of a mouse.
