Unable to access my shared contacts via PC browser

When logged into my iCloud account via PC, I can access Mail, Calendar, ToDo, Notes, Find my iPhone and iWork with no problem. However, whenever I try and access Contacts, my browser locks up. Google will ultimately pop up a window saying the page has become non-responsive and IE9 just hangs up. I've tried this on 2 different PCs with either bowser and the same thing happens. Any ideas on what's going on?
