I have Windows 7, and previously downloaded HD Movies and TV shows. Now I get this message every time I try to download an HD version of any type. My computers/iPads all are 720/1080. How do I fix this?

Can someone tell me why I suddenly cannot download HD versions of shows/movies when I had no problem previously? Windows 7 and Apple TV. All my settings and devices are 720/1080 including my Ipad2.
