I am I charge of 20 iPad 2 for my school. Is there a way to set one up with folder/apps and then clone it to the others? It takes a long time to each one separately. All the iPads are kept in a charging cart and synced to the same computer- a MacBook.

If they all use the same Apple ID, you can go into Settings > iTunes and App Stores and turn the automatic downloads on for Apps. This way if you download an app on one iPad, it'll automatically download it to the rest of them without you having to even touch them.
The iPads are used for several subject. I made folder for each subject to organize the apps. Is there a way for the apps to go straight into the folded and not just the next empty space. Also we will be getting 10 new iPads ( iPad 3) and I don't want to have to organize them from scratch. We have over 300 apps on each iPad. Need help.
Look into using Apple Configurator. It's the easiest way to "reimage" and Manage iPads that I know of right now.

Also, look into using the Educational Volume Purchase Program, if you have not already done so.
