New calling features not working

New calling features not working

Hi.

i was excited about the new features "Reply with message" and "Reming me later". But i don't get the "phone" icon to access this features. Did i forget to set something up?

iPhone 4S + iOS 6

Your phone has to be locked to use the function.

The new features seems to only work when the caller hasn't suppressed his number. Then it works on my iPhone.

And yes, i read the manual. But found nothing helpful.

This is confusing because i thought something wasn't set up right or were broken.
