I need help with this, I'll be in 1 area and my phone will go from no signal, to LTE, to 3G, to edge... I'm at work, I'm not moving. This phone can't keep a signal.
As a reference I have a co worker and we put our sprint phones side by side (she has a 4s) and she had 1 more bar of service than me... WITH a case on her phone, and mine was naked.
You will need to contact Sprint then.
I have another co worker with a 4s on sprint who updated to iOS 6 who also now has her phone constantly disconnect and fail to load simple things like Facebook.
Something changed with that update. ALSO why would 2 phones on the same carrier side by side get different levels of service!?

How are 2 phones identical location and identical carrier.... Not a phone issue?
I understand you're not sprint, but they will obviously tell me to go to apple... Maybe apple put a weaker antenna in the 5 lol
