Apple Stickers

I placed one in a prominent position on the door to my office. We're almost entirely Windows-based where I work and I just couldn't resist the temptation. It's just occurred to me that I might place another on my mailbox in the mailroom. Might make it easier for folks to identify my mailbox.

If I ever get around to ordering an iPod and get it wired into the Miata, well there goes another of the cute Apple stickers.

It is VERY FUNNY that you should mention this! I was upset because I did NOT get the stickers with my MBP! I mean this really bothered me...

BUT - I didn't get the whine either - so maybe that is fair trade off! LOL!

I put one next to my huge R2D2 decal on my rear car window.

If anyone can think of ideas I'm all ears. I have a sticker on my car, one on my PC (smile), one on each monitor for the PC shrug, one on the fridge, one on some guys car down the street. (tehehehheheee...) one on my tablet, a sticker on my cell phone (but that didn't work) and I've thought about eating them. Any other ideas? I have four left from this recent MBP purchace (didn't send them back with the DOA).

I remember one guy in the starbucks in athens, had one in the center of the back of his laptop monitor ..the laptop was coloured like the titanium powerbook but I noticed that the dvd drive was not slot-loaded but it was the "ejected" one instead .. It was a windows laptop anyway, the guy told me that he couldn't afford a mac so he just tried his best to make it mac-look-a-like! LOL

the weirdest place i ve seen an apple sticker was in a small sailing boat in a small island somewhere in the aegean sea!!

I have about forty of them. I must have gotten yours 'cause I got 6 with my MBP. My bumpers big, but not that big.

NO Billie, I'm not really complaining - too much! I've got probably 20 myself - LOL! With all the "stuff" over the years, I have a collection. I only have used one. I put one on the window in my office, simply because we are a Microsoft Partner and so on and so forth... Yada. It is funny to see people see my Mac on my desk!

I read a post somewhere were a guy had received so many replacements for his PowerBook some time ago, and with each one they sent multiple sheets of stickers. He made the "666" out of them on his car window... He was so angry... LOL!

they are water resistant but not water proof .. I ve sticked one to the sail in my windsurf but after a week was off.. not to mention that it was too small to see in the sail 🙂

but it should be ok in your bumper .. it is actually very popular..back windscreen and bumber

No, it's on the right. There are caps where the window supports connect to the glass (the window swings up independently from the door). I wanted a cap to fit inside the apple's missing bite and the only place that would work is on the right.

Sell them on eBay. The earlier coloured ones go for ridiculously high amounts. One that was signed by Steve Wozniak once fetched $5000+.

Or you could donate them to your local Windows XP Users Group. I hear they're taking a liking to them.

I've had one on the back window of my SUV for a couple of years and it shows no signs of wear or coming off.

I usually just give them to my kids.
