Hi, yesterday I downloaded new iOS software and afterwards my iPad worked. Today in the morning I wanted to use it, but it was black and I couldn't turn it on. If I try to load the battery no sign at all. What do I need to do to reset it?

Assuming that the battery isn't empty (and it can take up to 15 minutes of charging before it will respond), then have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Charge it for an hour and try:
1. To turn on
2. Reset by hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple logo
