Q: computer wont upgrade which means i cant get itunes 7

mac desktop says i have an update but then says its up to date and since it will not update it will not let me download itunes 7 and it kinda ***** because i cant put music on my iphone 5

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

    In order to update to OS X 10.6.8, you need to buy it. You'll need to call your in country Apple online store, which in the US is 800-MY-APPLE and order it off the legacy products list. Once you install it, run Software Update to bring it to 10.6.8, then you can download iTunes 7.
