OIS 5.1 NO LAN OR WLAN

I've just updated to te newest ios version on my apple tv 3

Now the apple tv does not boot with lan connected. When i disconnect the lan it does boot

but doesn't see any wireless network. I've tried everything and i'm sure it's a problem

with the apple tv or the new ios update.
