Q: Cannot connect to the Itunes store after update
I updated the latest version of Itunes and now I can't connect to the store. I am not very tech savvy so I really need help please. I know my computer is connected to the internet so I don't know what the problem is. I tried downloading it again and a pop-up said it was fixing a problem when it was reinstalling but that didn't happen. Thanks.

Don't cry yet.
We could try clearing the LSPs out using the command line, instead.
