i dont have a plastic film as i took it off. when i am on a call the volume is low but it is turned all teh way up. is this happening with anyone else?

Exactly how bad was your volume issue. I feel like mine is ok sometimes but still too low most of the time.

The sound quality was not like my previous iPhones. Almost sounded like thu were far away an a bit muffled. Rey don't do a diagnostics but a straight swap.
call vol on iphone 5 64g really low. Plastic off. help!
