My iPad is frozen and it doesn't let me do anything because it's stuck on the pop-up. I've tried restarting and reseting it but it just doesn't seem to work.

SUCCESS AT ALL..
THIS IS A SHAME SPENT 850.00 ON THIS PRODUCT LESS THAN A YEAR AGO AND CAN'T GET ANY ON LINE SUPPORT FROM APPLE...

Whatever you're typing on, you need to get that caps lock key fixed.
I'm always surprised that the universally accepted (to the point of it being a joke) "turn it off and turn it on again" never occurs to owners of iPads and iPhones.
My iPad says "Not Enough Storage" that it cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. It won't let me go to the settings because it's frozen on the little pop-up. And it won't let me restart or reset it either. Help.
