Sep 26, 2012 6:43 PM in response to Chrisy08by gail from maine,Hi Chrisy,
You have to hook you your iPhone to the last computer you sync'd with and do a restore in order to reset your lock screen passcode.
Hope this helps!

Jan 8, 2013 12:13 AM in response to Chrisy08by Tinkurr,My iPhone dosn't show up when connected to iTunes, I forgot my unlock code so how can I factory rest it, when my computer doens't acknowledge it's presence? I am at a loss! Isn't there a way to factory reset the iPhone with connecting it to a computer, and not going to the retail store since it's 12AM?

Mar 11, 2014 9:00 PM in response to Chrisy08by Mike The Jew,I wish there was easy way my ex gf thought it would be funny to change my password then we broke up my phone has had me locked out of certain programs and settings I can't restore cause I used her computer in May of last year and since been trashed with viruses and wiped clean my data no longer there. My phone has been locked for over a year n a half it's starting to really bother me I bought an iPhone instead of computer but now regretting it. Plus my phones acceleramitor is ******** out it takes 15-20 sec and shaking just to rotate my messages and keeping it charged while using it is near impossible the battery and phone seems to be made to fry out after only two years my phone may be dinged up but it was like that long ago with no noticeable slowdowns or constant booting off wireless router.
