Q: Getting error-50 while trying to sync

My daughter's iphone is recognized when we are both in the house sometimes when I plug in my iphone it shows hers! We have different apps and music etc. But every time I try to sync her phone (like now trying to update to IOs6)  I get almost to the end and there is an error. EVERY time. Any ideas? It says "waiting for items to copy" and it may take hours and then I get the Error -50 HELP

PS We have separate icloud accounts and phone #s

    Believe it or not, I was so frazzled by this that I "googled it". It was the Tones or Ringtones my daughter had. I deleted them and the phone was able to sync fine. I am now updating it to IOS6. For what it's worth for all the parents out there.....PLEASE check your teens phones on a regular basis. Especially instagram, i-photo, youtube etc.
