I'm getting this error whenever my PC and my iPhone are connected to the internet: "ApplePhotoStreams.exe has stopped working". Due to that, my photos on my Photo Streams aren't synchronized with the Photo Stream folder on my Windows Laptop.
How can I solve this problem?

The problem is apparently related to some of the .dll in the system. Some sites suggest to try to repair windows C++ runtime:

That fixed a problem with the first .dll in my case. But then, a second one (msvcr80.dll) created the same error, although at least the icloud control panel starts now. Hope that helps some of you...
My laptop is from Lenovo. Lenovo is a company that sells PCs, just like Dell and HP.
Lenovo installs Lenovo System on their PCs, they have a "Lenovo System Update" program. I updated my Lenovo System by that program and PhotoStream worked after that.
I updated my Lenovo System and Photo Stream is now working! 🙂
