I recently upgraded and thought it would be ok to link my facebook contacts with my regular, but in reality its a nightmare HELP PLEASE!!!!!

contacts>groups and uncheck facebook
Go to settings>facebook>turn off contacts.
Im not quite sure where your telling me to try to uncheck facebook at??

On your iPhone select the settings button (it is the gray button with gears). Once there scroll (or swipe whichever you understand better) down until you see
Facebook >. Choose this. Scroll (swipe) down until you see Facebook with a slider that is blue with the word ON showing. Turn it off. This is not the end. Scroll (swipe) down until the end and tap "Update All Contacts". This might take 30 seconds to a minute. Once finished you can eit out of Settings by pushing the button. Check your contacts and see if it worked.
To take off the Facebook people from your contacts you go to
Contacts, Preference, click the check mark on the "F" symbol (the one with your user name) and look for the box with the check mark, left side of the window. Click this to remove the check, this will disable the facebook contacts from your address book.
I Found it out!!! Very easy!!! Setting-Facebook/turnoff contacts than go to your contacts and press on groups-then switch off
