HT1229......could not find HPPhotoExporter anywhere

After installlng OS 10.8.2 and iPhoto 9.4, I was unable to open iPhoto. I tried your suggestion of trashing HPPhotoExporter, but unable to find this file in any Library. I did find HTMLExporter.iPhotoExporter. Would trashing this file solve my crashes ?

Probably not. That solution is ONLY for exporting. It has nothing to do with opening iPhoto. Mst likely solution to your problem is to backup your iPhoto library, depress the option and command keys, launch iPhoto and rebuild your library
