The same problem happened to me

i tried to activeted many time

Then the activation server has detected an iPhone that has been Jail Broken at some time

NEW from my comuntry oman

and it is an iPhone 3G ?if so they are probably 6 years old and you purchased it 5 months ago

A previous owner JB'd the iPhone to remove a carrier lock 😁
