I'm trying to remove as much hiss and hum as possible from a pretty bad clip. So I've tried to take advantage of FCPs audio filters before sending it to Sound Track. But its not working as good as I thought.
I can remove the hum in soundtrack using the native noise reduction application but to remove the hum completely means getting that fish bowl effect. Its been suggested I apply a notch filter and kill frequencies in multiples of 60 (ie 60, 120,180, etc). Can anyone help me work out how to do that using Sound Track?
