Whenever I upgrade several of my applications, I get duplicate icons in my context menu.
For instance:
Why is this happening and how do I fix it? I'm running 10.8.2 but this was happening ever since the first version of Mountain Lion.
Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Restarted/repaired permissions with no luck, seems like this is a bug in Mountain Lion. 😟
If you reply to your own question maybe it gets flagged as answered. I don't know I'm new to macs 1-yr PC's 18-yr. I have the same problem and just submitted it on March 4, 2013. I get 2-Opera, 2-Pages, 3-TextWrangler, 3-xCode, items in my Finder Context menu. My discuss-amongst-youselves question here is titled: "duplicate finder context menu items Mountain Lion". Mybe some Big Mac person will read-n-answer. Big as in Authoritative SME.
