Hello,
I am trying to syncronize my Outlook 2013 with iCloud but it doesn't work. There is syncronization failure.
Some stages are passed OK, but when trying to upload contacts to iCloud it breaks.
Where is the problem?

from what I have read outlook 2013 does not use a default profile and I cloud will not work without it.
hopefully Apple is trying to resolve this issue

Apple resolve Apple issues, Office is Microsofts product and they will have to fix it.
I switched to apple for many of our uses and had planned on switching the rest of them in the future but I must rethink this idea as it seems apple has the same rude replies as microsoft. saying something as simple as we will look into this would have been far better

1 You are not speaking to Apple, and
2 Office is not an Apple product.

..in this case the Error is thrown from a Apple Product which tries to interact with a Microsoft Product, so it seems like a Apple issue to me.
Please explain how Apple can fix Outlook for Windows problems, especially how they can fix an unsupported version.
Outlook 2013 does use a default profile (look in Control Panel>Mail.profiles)

Please read my post once more, I did not say Apple need to fix Windows or Outlook problems! But Apple can add support for Office 2013 to their product which most likely would solve the problem. May there was a change from Office 2010 to 2013 which needs some adjustments on how addons in Outlook working. However this has to be addressed from Apple in I cloud control panel.
Apple do not support Windows 8 in Boot Camp yet, neither do they support Office 2013, how about you use supported applications. If you don't want to then you can (a) figure it out yourself or (b) wait for Apple to add support for these products.

No problem, unfortunately we need to wait for a fix from Apple.
I think Apple's Staff is pretty busy trying to fix the issues on iOS 6, because there are no explanations why Apple did not fix that so far.

Wow you are a huge troll. I had to login just to say that.
Outlook 2013 changed the way profiles work, so iCloud doesn't support integration with that Outlook client. I'm waiting for integration myself, but in the meantime I'll just use IMAP.
I'm looking forward to Outlook 2013 support though. It's so much cleaner than previous Outlooks.
