Reinstalling iOS 6

Is there a way to reinstall iOS 6?

Since upgrading to iOS 6 I can't wifi sync my iPad 2. I upgraded the iPad 2 within minutes of iOS 6 being released. I also upgraded an iPod touch a few hours after it was released and I do not have any problems with it. It only seems to be my iPad 2.

I heard that early adopters of iOS 6 are the ones that are having problems with wifi because of a downed verification page.

So is there a way to do a reinstall of iOS 6?
