(1) Those of us who post here are users like you trying to help each other or find answers from other users.
As a new user, please understand that you are NOT directly addressing Apple here. For more info about Apple discussions, start here: http://discussions.apple.com/static/apple/tutorial/etiquette.html
To send suggestions or comments directly to Apple, use the http://www.apple.com/feedback/ link or the link most applicable to the specific product you want to discuss such as http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html
You will not get a direct response, but you can be certain that the responsible Apple people will see your input for consideration in future product development.
(2) To actually discuss your feedback for more immediate reaction, if you bought your Mac locally, your retailer may be able to help you with your issues. Otherwise, you can use Apple Support: http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ or Apple's "Contact Us" alternatives: http://www.apple.com/contact/

Although you are commenting that Apple wont respond this kind of feeds. It would be nice if Apple could hire some moderators to help users online and to grab nice ideas and improvements in addition to the Feedback platform.
Apple is the biggest tech company and we expect to have the best Customer service. Still it is far away from this.
Thanks in advance,

You're most welcome, Surferride.
While Apple may grab nice ideas and improvements here without our knowledge, until Apple changes its procedures, Apple has already hired customer service people to help users. They are simply available via the links I posted previously instead of the alternative method you suggest.
My previous post explained how Apple's Support system actually works at present time. If you want to offer your latest customer service suggestions/comments directly to Apple for Apple consideration in their future decisions concerning customer service, I suggest you use the https://ssl.apple.com/support/feedback/ link available from Apple's "Contact Us" page.
BTW, You will find much additional detailed info that will make your Apple discussions experience more productive in http://discussions.apple.com/static/apple/tutorial/tou.html

OK I´ve just sent an email through the suggested form.
I hope someone really takes care of it. If Apple could improve their service with online support would be great.
