Reminders can't be shared on iOS 6

I've just spent 50 minutes in the phone with an Apple representative, when the call dropped after being on hold for 15 minutes. The representative was waiting for a senior supporter to be available.

I think I found a behavior error on the Reminders app on iOS 6. When you try to share a note the sharing menu is not available.

This seems to be a problem on the computer OS used to do it, because for what I read OSX users don't seem to have any problem with this.

I tested it on a windows computer with two different iCloud accounts and still the problem repeated. Tested with safari and with Chrome with the same result.

Here is a link to a PDF I created with the print screen errors. I hope somebody at Apple corrects this glitch, thanks!

Thanks Jim,

Although you are commenting that Apple wont respond this kind of feeds. It would be nice if Apple could hire some moderators to help users online and to grab nice ideas and improvements in addition to the Feedback platform.

Apple is the biggest tech company and we expect to have the best Customer service. Still it is far away from this.

Thanks in advance,

You're most welcome, Surferride.

While Apple may grab nice ideas and improvements here without our knowledge, until Apple changes its procedures, Apple has already hired customer service people to help users. They are simply available via the links I posted previously instead of the alternative method you suggest.

My previous post explained how Apple's Support system actually works at present time. If you want to offer your latest customer service suggestions/comments directly to Apple for Apple consideration in their future decisions concerning customer service, I suggest you use the https://ssl.apple.com/support/feedback/ link available from Apple's "Contact Us" page.

BTW, You will find much additional detailed info that will make your Apple discussions experience more productive in http://discussions.apple.com/static/apple/tutorial/tou.html
