finder arrow for lefties??

Okay, so I know all about setting up the mouse for lefties, but what about the actual arrow icon on screen? It's still pointing the 'wrong' direction (It points to the up/left, I'm sure most lefties would want it to point to the up/right) !! I can't tell you how many times a day I click on the wrong thing because the arrow 'hot spot' is still facing the wrong way.

How getting rid of the arrow altogether and giving me a crosshair option?
