Remove 10.8.2?

Ever since I installed the 10.8.2 update, my macbook pro has been freezing (but runs fine in safe boot.) I would like to remove the 10.8.2 update if possible - tried reinstalling ML via the Repair menu but it came back as 10.8.2 again. Thoughts? Thanks

You can't remove an update. If you had saved a copy of the ML installer made prior to the release of 10.8.2, you could erase and install it.

Or, if you had cloned your system before the update, you could revert back to it.
