Macbook Pro mid 2009

Mac OS X 10.6.8

I have one user with a Macbook Pro mid 2009 that loses his wireless connections randomly in certain locations.  The wireless spectrum symbol/icon in the task bar just shows disconnected.  Sometimes he can immediately reconnect, but others, no SSIDs show up for a while and if he keeps trying, eventually all will show up again and let him connect.  This only happens at sites with Cisco AP1262N.  I have the same Macbook Pro, but I'm running 10.7.4 and don't have the issue.  What logs do I need to look at or post here to determine why this would be happening?

    "randomly in certain locations"

means not all the time but only in certain locations?

Set up new locations in Network Preferences for every location the user goes to. When at each location make sure the SSID for that location is brought to the top of the wireless list and saved.
