When I copy a (software instrument) region, the key suddenly changes for the first couple of measures

Question

Since I have implemented Mountain Lion 10.8.2, Logic Pro behaves a little wierd in some cases.

For instance, when I copy a (software instrument) region, the key suddenly changes for the first couple of measures.

Does anybody have a similar experience and/or the solution for this issue?

Logic Studio, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Check your global track to see if you have inadvertently entered a keychange somewhere.

Actually, what I did is analyzing the chords in the Global Track. Might that be the issue?
