How do you register a router to apple's database
I found out to make my apps locations service work on my iPad 1 that I would have to register my dlink routers with apple's database? How do you do that?

I don't know of an explicit way to do this.
Many entries into the Apple database are made by Apple GPS enabled devices, i.e., iPhones and iPads when they see your router (note that they do not have to connect to your router to see it).
