Re establishing a time machine on a factory reset of the computer?

Running lion and had to recently rest back to factory settings my mac book pro. Now i am trying to re establish a connection for my time machine.

I have an external Lacie hard drive connected to a airport extreme. It worked wonderfully in the past now just need to reestablish the connection or possibly recover from that drive.

Please help!
