Joining a Windows 7 Pro Network/Homegroup

I have a PowerPC G5 iMac.
I have a Windows 7 Network with also a Homegroup.
Is it possible for me to connect from the iMac to the Windows 7 Homegroup?

Hi, it should be, have you added the G5's User to the PC Users? Does the PC show up in Finder>Go menu>Connect to Server>Browse button?

The Network option shows a silver globe. When I click open, nothing seems to happen.
Network info describes it as a Locked Nieghborhood.

After my upgrade I have not been able to join my home group. All my windows computers show up but not my MacBook and I can't use the printer on my mail computer. I have the same issues with network and nothing happens. What can we do???
