iweb won't load anything or startup

Hello! I have been using iWeb a few times, but recently it stopped responding when I try to "Add New Page" or "Add New Site" to the editor page.. So I tried closing the red circle on the iWeb, and it went away... I am now unable to load anything on iWeb, even after restarting the computer, etc. Now I simply click to open iWeb and it seems to open the software, but there is no content, almost all of the menu options are grayed out, and nothing appears. Can anyone please help me?? Has this happened to anyone else??
