iPhone5, Siri and Phonetic Spelling...contacts no longer in order

When I add my last name to Phonetic Last Name, my last name sort order is displayng my last name based on the Phonetic alphabetical order not the Last Name Alphabetical order. First three letters of last name are Lev. Phonetically I used Lee. Now my last name shows up under the Lee spelling in alphabetical order not Lev as it should. Any suggestions? Applecare has no idea and states this is the first case reported to them. Anyone else exepriencing this issue and if so, how did you reconsile the issue?
