can I update to iPhoto 9.4 from 9.2.3 or do I need to sequentially update 9.3, 9.3.1, and then 9.4?

I have iphoto 9.2.3 and the latest update is 9.4. Can I go straight to the latest update or must I sequencially update through the previous updates?

Also, I cannot get my iphoto to email photos via iphoto or Mail. It always says it cannot connect to server, but I have checked all the account info and it is correct. Even opened a new account with same info and still no connection. Any ideas?
