please download this 138 mb map and try zooming in after sync with itunes. it is rubbish zoom. now do that over PC, and the map is clearer. what is going on?
ipad 2 16 gb wifi black.
Also, I want to change the system language and numbers from Arabic to English. How can I do so? I purchased it from KSA.

For numbers, set the Region to an english speaking one.
For your map, ask the people who made it.
tom, if I can see it clearly zoomed in on pc, and can't on ipad, if I change it's format to BMP, will I be able to see it then?
