Hello, I added a new music video to a playlist today and now if I have shuffle active it only plays that song, regardless of what song I choose to start with. The problem goes away once I remove the video from the playlist. I have checked and the repeat button is not on so I know it is not a problem with that. Any help would be greatly apprecieated. Thanks!

Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
