Q: Error messages

All of a sudden, aftr working flawlessly for the past few years, with the new upgarde to iTunes 10.7, I am getting error 5002 and -50 messages form ITunes when trying to update my apps?

What is going on??????

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.5.6)
