When I launch the APP Store App it will show "Updates", and will update those apps as well, however when I select "Featured" the page stays blank.
When I select "Chart" the page stays blank there also. Nothing loads?
My iPad has been rebooted and so has the router with no luck. I have no issues going online otherwise but just the App Store Featured and Charts.

Same issue here.. Tried using a different apple ID.. Genius, Updates works fine except for featured and charts.. Propbsbly a maintenance going on? Earlier was not able to view Genius and Updates..
I thought the same thing, however my other i-devices in the home on the same account have no issues loading.
Yeah, was able to try that using 2 accounts on my iphone and i didn't encounter any issues.. But my iphone doesn't have ios 6 yet.. Just check, app store on my ipad and looks like it's working now..
My iPad would just show a white screen. My wife's iPad which is on the same account works fine. However we just checked hers again and it is now It is not working. They must be doing some kind of maintenance.
I solved it by using my iphone 5 mobile connection and connecting my ipad to my phone and disable wifi commection
Same problem here on iPad 2 with iOS 6. App Store worked fine until yesterday. Since I can still update my existing apps, i'm not as worried. i figure Apple is only screwing themselves and developers out of revenue from apps, so they have incentive to fix the problem.
Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
