Domain Forwarding and URL Masking problem

I've setup forwarding and masking to my .Mac iWeb site but have noticed than when I use my custom URL to get to my .Mac iWeb site the hit counter, and other .Mac dependent features are unavailable/not visible. When I navigate directly using web.mac.com/myusername all is good. Is there a way to get things like hit counter to work when using a vanity URL to get to .Mac iWeb pages?

The counter is a simple javascript and is linked from Apple's servers.
You'll need to edit the URL of the .js file used by Apple in your other html file to include the entire address (http through .js).
You can copy the URL by viewing your .Mac page using Safari (://web.mac.com/i/chp/HitCounter.js). Add http to the beginning (I've left it out in this page).
Any plain text editor can add it into an html file. Save the new file and check your "masked" pages again. You'll see the counter display.
