My HDMI cable is already in use for my satellite dish, what do I do?

I'm thinking of buying apple tv, my HDMI cable is already being used by my satellite dish, how do I connect apple tv using an hdmi cable? Thank you.

Not sure my tv hangs on the wall and the cables are behind the wall there is one hdmi cable coming out of the wall that goes into the satellite receiver

Check the owners manual.

I'm sure it has more than one port.
