After update the sotware of 4s iso5 to ios6

I am facing the same examples after i updates my IOS5 to IOS6, i mean i didnt add any hacker software and all my software are from app store,my IPhone is 4S and i only upadated to the new softwsre as the i tune asked, after that i am facing too much problem.even when i visit apple store it is crashes, the map there is no guidance for route.

please advice what to do i feel i lost my fine mobile phone.
