iPhone 5 defective out of the box!!
So, I preordered a 32GB iPhone 5 and I received it on Tuesday, September 25th. Right when I opened the box, I noticed that it had a nick in the bezel. Therefore, dicided to contact the apple store in Pasadena to get an exchange. I was set up for an appointment for Thursday, September 27th and was told that they had my phone in stock to exchange it. I show up to my appointment, wait for thirty minutes to be attended, and the representative decides to tell me that they had no iPhones to replace mine and that I had two options. Schedule another appointment for the following day or return the phone online and wait three weeks to get a new one. This is what you call customer support? Apple you're ridiculous!! I've been and original iPhone owner and expected better service or at least a phone call stating there were no more phones available.
