New iPhone On iTunes

Hi All,

Trying to install a new iPhone on iTunes v10.7. The Set Up Assistant request for a new device does not come up.

I do have an iPone 1 and a iPad 2 already listed as devices.

Is there another way to accomplish this installation.

iMac - v10.6.8
