I'm not receiving Find My iPhone related or storage related mails on my mac.com iCloud ID and couldn't change this ID in appleid.apple.com. Any suggestions?

I'm not receiving Find My iPhone related or storage related mails on my mac.com iCloud ID and couldn't change this ID in appleid.apple.com.

I see couple of aliases me.com and icloud.com as alternate ids. There is no option to change the primary ID too.
