Screen Sharing Window not sizing correctly

When I screen share my work iMac with my home iMac the screen shows up in a window that doesn't show all of my works iMac. I have scroll bars that I have to scroll to see all of my work iMac screens content. This would be fine if my work iMac screen was larger or the same size as my home iMac but it's not. My work iMac is 20 inches and my home iMac is 24 inches. I have plenty of room to display my work's iMac entire screen on my home's iMac. I have done this before with other friends iMac's with no problems in the past. I can't figure out what's happening. I even went into full screen mode but that didn't help. The only thing different is I'm running Mountain Lion now. I also tried running Apple Remote Desktop but got the same results.
