Can't order a book using Aperture
I get an error message when I try to order a book using Aperture.
"There was a problem -- LOCALIZE"
I tried re-entering oll of my address and updating my personal info still no go.
Any ideas?

This may be a problem with your keychain. Have you tried this solution by Mike in Calgary
Also, when editing your Address the format is very important, i.e. how you write the zip code, see this for general information:

i.e. the paragraphs
